I've spent 14 years doing both: defining BI and AI product strategy for Fortune 500 teams, and personally shipping the software behind it — a native Android app, multi-agent AI systems, and full-stack GenAI tools, from first line of code to production deployment. I move fluidly between defining the roadmap and writing the code that ships it, which means I can scope what's technically feasible, prototype it myself, and then drive the adoption and GTM work that makes it stick with real users.
